Behind the dormer there are the 2 rooms. They have a refrigerator, a little coffemaker and TV.
For both guest-rooms there's a bathroom with toilet, shower an basin.
Please ask us directly if there's one room vacant.
Our guests can be picked up at the railway station Moosach for free.
Please understand that we can't hand breakfast. Self-catering is possible, as the bigger room has a complete small kitchen at its deposal. The little room has a refrigerator and a electric kettle.
Please notice that smoking is not allowed in our rooms out of consideration to other guests. Please enter the rooms with slippers only. They can be made available to you. When you stay less than 2 nights, we take an advance of 5 € for additional expenditure. Please pay the entire amount for your stay at the first day
